CanStaff Employment Services is currently seeking several production workers for an industrial kitchen manufacturing organic baked goods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and prepare food ingredients used to produce food
• Work closely with warehouse and production personnel to make sure all raw materials are properly handled.
• Set up and preparation of the kitchen for product manufacturing.
• Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices that pertain to your area.
• Must follow all safety requirements.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Must have flexibility with work schedule.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Able to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Able to effectively communicate in English
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to read and understand product Formula Sheets.
• Maintain high quality standards and cleanliness.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and squatting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to push/pull 1,000 lbs. or more, using a pallet jack.

Shifts:

Day Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

2nd Shift 4:00pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday

Saturday and Sunday 6:00am - 2:30pm
